Official vs. unofficial information
Official / primary information — dates, price bands, issue size, lot size, subscription, allotment, listing and financial data — is drawn from company offer documents, exchange filings and disclosures, and exchange-published data where available.
Unofficial / indicative information — GMP — is never an exchange or company figure. GMP values shown on IPOGyan are entered manually by our team, based on market/grey-market sources noted for that entry. We don't claim GMP figures are verified against an exchange or regulator, and we encourage you to treat GMP as indicative only. See our Disclaimer for more on GMP's limitations.
Keeping data current
IPO information — especially GMP and subscription figures — can change during the day. Each IPO page reflects the most recently entered figures at the time you view it; where shown, an "Updated on" value indicates when that particular figure was last refreshed.
