About IPOGyan
IPOGyan is an independent Indian IPO information platform. We track mainboard and SME IPO data, GMP, subscription figures and listing timelines to help investors follow the IPO market in one place.
We are not a broker, registrar or investment adviser, and we are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. None of the information here should be treated as personalized investment advice or as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or apply for any security.

Our approach
IPO information is scattered across offer documents, exchange filings and multiple websites, and it can be hard to follow at a glance. We try to bring the pieces that matter — dates, pricing, subscription, and unofficial GMP — into one consistent, easy-to-scan format.
We draw a clear line between official, primary information (offer documents, exchange and company disclosures) and unofficial, indicative information such as GMP. GMP reflects informal grey-market activity, not an exchange-quoted price — it can change quickly, vary between sources, and does not guarantee any listing price or return. See our Data Sources and Disclaimer pages for more detail.
Purely informational
Everything on IPOGyan is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not personalized investment advice, and we'd always encourage you to verify important details — especially dates, price bands and allotment status — against official sources such as the exchange, the registrar, or the company's own offer document before making any investment decision.
Spotted something wrong?
IPO information changes frequently and occasionally so do we, imperfectly. If you notice incorrect or outdated information anywhere on the site, please tell us on our Contact page — we're glad to look into it.
